Day Ten

Level one is done! Yay! Despite skipping yesterday (stupid period came and with it cramps and headaches and I couldn’t shred) today was good. It didn’t get crazy hard like it did after I skipped Sunday. The push ups are actually almost doable now. Huzzah!

I forgot to weigh in this morning. Whoops. I guess I’ll just do it on Sundays. Probably better that way.



  1. Keep up the good work! Try not to get discouraged about minor weight gain – it’s probably just muscle mass (which weighs 3x more than fat). So you’ll shrink in inches before you notice big changes on the scale. 😉

    Can’t wait to hear what level two is like…

  2. Thanks. I have a scale that’s supposed to tell me what percentage is body fat and such, but I’m not sure how much I trust it. But there hasn’t been much change in that so far.

  3. I found your blog through a review of the 30 day shred. I’m just a few days ahead of you but am having the same problems being discouraged with the lack of weight loss. Good luck to you!
